  Butter Handling System

Butter Handling System
We offer a qualitative range of butter handling system that is used to cut frozen butter in to smaller pieces and weighing. Our butter mixer system comprises of a butter tilter on which frozen butter is loaded which is then lifted and tilted in to the butter mixer. An electrical induction heated knife edged grill cuts the passing butter which is then tempered as required in the mixer using circulation of tempered water in the butter mixer jacket. Using a SS screw pump, the tempered butter is pumped into load cell mounted dosing tank. PLC controller is programmed to dispense demanded butter quantity for recipe at the process center.   Flour Handling System

Our range of flour handling system can be used for various powdery substances like flour, dietary fiber, pulverized sugar, salomina etc. The system can transfer granules like wheat, rice, sugar, corn etc. To meet the various requirements of filling flour in to bags, the system uses bag tilters which emptys the bag and pneumatically transfer the flour.
 
Flour Bags are emptied into a magnetic hopper with horizontal and vertical screw conveyors where in the flour can be drawn directly from the silo.  Flour is then passed into a fully closed vibratory sieve which then discharges flour into another hopper with horizontal and vertical screw conveyors. Flour is conveyed into a pressure vessel mounted with vibrator and load cell and its intake in to the pressure vessels is monitored by the PLC controller. A demand request is made to PLC controller, when any of the process centers needs flour. Blowing and pressurizing the floor loaded vessel, PLC controller conveys flour pneumatically into cyclone separator mounted at the demand center which is less than one minute process.

  Votated Fat Handling System

  Sugar Handling System

Sugar Handling System
To load sugar into a hopper of a vertical screw conveyor we offer a wide range of sugar handling system that uses a bag tilting mechanism. Later on sugar is conveyed to pulverizer which is then conveyed to pneumatic pump and then pneumatically conveyed into the mixer. Then the sugar is taken into weighting tank through and from there conveyed in to creamer. PLC is programmed for several recipes and can be selected as and when required for each one of the mixers.   Syrup Sugar System

We offer a range of precision engineered inverter syrup sugar solution, which have been designed after extensive study to automate and prepare continuous sugar syrup.
 
Working principle:

The bag tilter and screw conveyors transport the sugar into the silo for being discharged. The PLC controlled system, discharges the sugar and water into the first stage electrically heated stirring tank in an accurate proportion. The overflow from the first stage stirring tank enters the second stage heated stirring tank and subsequently from second to the third tank. In the third stage, the continuous and correct dosage of inverter takes place; thereby the sugar syrup attains the appropriate temperature and quality. Further, the overflow from the third stage, enter the water cooled coil tank. At this level we obtain right quality and cooled sugar syrup.
 
Afterwards, the sugar syrup is then droved through a filter, towards the overhead storage tank. The system is highly efficient and consumes 50% less power than normal operation as the tanks are insulated and incoming feed water is already heated.

  Palmoline Handling System

Palmoline Handling System
To mix hydrogenated vegetable oil(HVO), we have developed PLC based palmoline handling system which collects correct quantity of HVO and palmoline and then transfers the mixture in to dough mixers.   Continuous Mixer

We offer technically superior continuous mixer, which is used in mixing various ingredients.
 
Working principle:
 
In a continuous mixer the streams of dry and liquid are accurately supplied to the mixer. The ingredients entering the mixer are wetted and pre blended. When the dough is made, it moves down to the length of the cylinder. During the discharge, the fixed-size loaves of dough are continuously sliced and transported to the downstream equipment arriving in a proper time and in the correct size.

  Glucose Handling Tank

Glucose Handling Tank
Adopting bulk handling and on demand supply technology, we offer glucose handling system that facilitates our customers with liquid glucose in insulated stainless steel tank of 15 MT.

We use food grade quality or stainless steel tank to empty the tankers with stainless steel internal hot water coils. Pumping of liquid glucose in to the service tank is done through heat traced piping which is mounted on a load cell using PLC controlled system. Later on liquid glucose is directly pumped into the mixers or cookers where in pre programmed PLC controller discharges exact amount of glucose as per the recipe used at the demand center. Demand centers can be 50 meters away from the service tank and one PLC controller can serve multiple demand centers at a time.

  Pre-Creamer

Manufacturing a wide range of pre-creamer, we offer highly précised equipment for food and processing industry. In this equipment all ingredients such as HVO, palmoline butter, lecithin, water chemicals, pulverized sugar and broken biscuit are charged and then creaming is done by initiating high speed agitator, wiper and circulating pump. The process can be accomplished in 2 minutes and then the mixture is transferred to either continuous mixer or batch mixer for dough preparation.

CARAMEL PREPARATION

Food items like bakery products such as bread, caks, biscuits etc. colas peanuts, chikki, beer are given a brownish colour by adding caramel, Caramelisation causes changes in food not only in colour but also flavour.

Caramelisation is done by melting suger at high terperatures followed by boiling which converts sugar into glucose and fructose. Normally the temperature at which caramelisation takes place in between 110deg.C to 180 deg. C depending on the type os fugar. Commerical caramelisation is produced by heating sugar in the presence of other ingredients which results in caramels of different colours which can be used as additives to food.
