Master Informatix Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (MIS) is operating since May 1999 with main focus on Offshore Software and Business Services. One of its divisions is registered with Software Technologies Parks of India (STPI) as a 100% export oriented unit since March 2000, for exporting Computer Software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). MIS is a High Quality, Low Cost Off-shore Development Facility for Mid-size IT Operations and Back Office Processing facility. It is a registered member of Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC).

MIS is a 51:49 joint venture with a USA based expatriate and has ability to setup site office in Washington DC, for Project Management, Local Contact, to co-ordinate Quality Assurance of deliverable, thus facilitating a successful outsourcing model. It is a high performance organization specializing in quality offshore software development, applications conversion, custom programming and BPO services. MIS also provides offshore technical support and help desk for LAN, Database and System Administration. ISO 9001 certification is in progress.

MIS offers services complying with proven SDLC methodology, using state-of-the-art Hardware and Software tools. MIS has expertise in designing, developing, deploying and maintaining Internet based business solutions for integrating business processes, locations, partners and people. MIS designs and develops ERP, SCM, CRM solutions & develops Portals, Vortals and Web sites for enterprises.

MIS works on Sun Java (using Model-View-Controller Architecture) and Microsoft development platforms and has multi project experience on using a variety of software design, development and test environments. Backend expertise includes MS SQL, MySQL and Oracle on Windows NT/2000 & Unix. Middleware skills include COM/ DCOM, EJB, Struts and Application Server skills include IBM Websphere, BEA Weblogic and Web Servers such as Apache, Tomcat and JWS.

Recently MIS has received an assignment from a New York based organization to develop Branded Soft-Phone with SIP technology. MIS already has its own ?SIP based Client? for making peer-to-peer calls any time any where in the world. MIS is in a position to under-take contract R&D and customized development in VOIP domain on SIP based technology.
