The best forging come from outstanding raw materials good hammering/pressure equipment and the kind of dies that ensure every part comes out flawlessly. As we are in the industry for quite a long period now, we have very good contacts with steel mills and we have got development of many customized steel as per our client's requirements. The only requirement for these types of steels is that the quantity required should be at least 30 tonnes as the heat size of any good steel mill is minimum 30 tonnes. Full data sheet showing process of steel making, as rolled hardness, ultrasound testing reports are provided with PPAP documents.

It is a Non-destructive test method of inspecting areas on or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials. The material is magnetized by passing current then iron powder is applied. The powder adheres to lines of flux leakage revealing surface and near surface discontinuities or cracks. Magnetic particle testing is used for both raw material acceptance testing and product inspection after forging. All the parts which are detected with Cracks are rejected and scrapped. The operators are provided with regular training so as keep them abreast with the latest techniques.

Our state-of-art infrastructure is equipped with the latest machines and gagets that are required for fabricating a wide range of steering components & suspension components. Some of the most advanced machines installed in our manufacturing unit are capable of designing the finished product with highest accuracy, perfect finishing and allied features. Our components are fabricated on CAD and then on CNC machines.
