Vertical Baling Press Our Vertical Baling Presses have a reputation of excellence for their quality, workmanship and reliability in the last 12 years. Our presses are available in single compression, double compression (with ejector cylinder & manual door) and Triple Compression, which are suited for all type of ferrous and non-ferrous light metal scrap materials like: stainless steel, M.S. scrap, aluminium, brass, copper and other industrial tin sheets. These presses are capable of compressing various leftovers, metal structural, HDPE/ PP woven sack bags, Animal feed block (Straw, Husk), Agriculture waste, wooden waste etc.
Salient Common Features: - The production capacity ranges from 1 ton–8 tons per hour and more as desirable
- The operation of press is done by hand lever operated, semi automatic & fully automatic operation through PLC “Programmable Logic Control” (PLC) is provided in our baling presses are of international standard make offering maximum production flexibility , full compatibility with international standards
- The major components used in machine are of reputed companies and are easily available in India and abroad
- Shearing blades and replaceable wear-resistance plated can be provided for the long life of the feeding chamber
- All parts contacting the scrap is covered with 40 HRC hardness, 10 mm thickness having hardened sheet metal. Therefore machine life is lengthened
- Hydraulic pistons are designed to work under hard conditions and installed with the most suitable sealings
- In presses there are 2 compressing or 3 compressing systems. In 2 compressing systems; after the scrap is put in charging box, first cover lid compresses scrap it also closes the charging box, secondly main Ram moves forward and after pressing the scrap pushes the bale out
- All machine is rigorously tested prior to the delivery

Hydraulic Double Acting Cylinders We offer high quality Hydraulic Double Acting Cylinders. Under this we offer: Welded construction & Tie rod type These are used when equal displacement is needed on both sides of the piston or when it is mechanically advantageous to couple a load to each end. The extra end can be used to mount cams for operating limit switched etc.
