We provide Bauxite raw material that mainly consists of alumina-bearing hydroxides, oxides of iron, silicon and titanium with impurities of Ca, Mg, Cr, V, P, Ga and other elements. Our basic alumina contains rock forming minerals of bauxites such as:

Applications of Bauxite:

 

Bauxite lumps are used for manufacturing gray port land cement in big cement plants. They are also used in coating, refractory and high alumina bricks, etc. Bauxite markets mainly exist in the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Europe.

 

Our quality assured API are offered by us that is procured from reliable vendors who utilize the latest technologies to extract them from quarries. Owing to our efficient workforce we are able to provide 3000 mts of API powder and 15000 mts of lumps each month. We assure our clients to deliver API in its original condition and within the set time frame.

We provide our clients bleaching earth and clay that is used for crude palm oil having around 30-50 PPM phosphorus. The bleached oil is further used for physical de-acidification and deodorization at a temperature of 270 degree Celsius with:

 

• Minimum 30-90 minutes residence stripping time


• 0.5 – 1.5% sparse stream

 

Our standard bleaching earth is used in most of the prestigious edible oil refining units. Besides it is exported to South Asian countries. Its usage is also found on cotton and rape seed as bleaching earth. Our range caters to high potential markets in the national and international scale.

Iron ore pelletization	Kutch bentonite has higher natural percentage of iron which are ideal in isolating iron ore pellets with the maximum percentage of iron.
Foundry Application	A very good sodium bentonite for casting industries is available at the Kutch region. Almost all cast iron, steel, & malleable iron foundries are using this bentonite with cost efficient results. The use of the Kutch bentonite is successful in continuous mould making too.
Water well & Oil Well Drilling	The special higher mud yield results in using less quantity of Bentonite for the same standard mud. This results in lesser requirement of Bentonite. The calcium Bentonite from the Kutch make for some of the best bleaching clays comparable or better than any known bleaching clays.
Water Proofing	The Kutch Bentonite has excellent filteration loss properties, which makes it ideal for all water proofing uses, as well as environment protection utilization.
