• CLOSURE LEAKAGE TESTING: To check that there is no leakage from the closures, the water-filled containers are kept upside down on a flat surface for an hour.

• HANDLE STRENGTH TESTING: This test is carried out to check the strength of the handles of the containers. The containers are allowed to fall down freely from 250 mm while picked up with the support of its handles and three drops are done in this situation.

• WALL THICKNESS TESTING: To carry out this testing, vertical and horizontal cuttings are done on the walls of the containers. These cut-sections are checked to establish uniformity in wall thickness all around the container.

• PRINT ADHESION TESTING: This test is carried out for checking printed matter on the product’s outer surface. An adhesive tape is used on the containers and removed after an hour. This ensures that there is no damage done to the printed matter in long term.
