It is used for cleaner decortifications with minimum oil absorbed in hulls. The shaker helps in removing meats and hulls efficiently. The huller removes the tough seed coat with a series of knives and shakers. The knives cut the hulls (tough outer shell of the seed) to loosen them form the kernels (the inside meant of the seed, rich in oil) and shaker separate the hulls and kernels. The kernels are ready for oil extraction and the hulls are sent to storage to be sold for livestock feed.

The Perfection huller represents the best all round design for cutting cotton seed and other Oil bearing seeds. The Machine consists of a rotation cylinder carrying 17 rows of knives passing concave holding rows of stationary knives.

The MITSUN Single Drum and Double Drum Hull Beaters are designed to efficiently beat cotton seed hull to remove the fine flory meats adhering to the hulls. This will reduce the oil content in the hull to the minimum.

• The beating is done by two heavy Square beaters revolving in drums of perforated metal. The fine meats with fine hulls, passing through the perforated metal are dropped below at the conveyor.
• It is fitted with heavy duty flanged ball bearing self aligning and pre –lubricated unit at ends and a rigid steel frame.
• All shafts gears and chain drive are extra heavy to give long, trouble free operation.
• The Drum tray is counter –balanced to give a smooth running unit.

Demineralization systems are very widely employed not only for conditioning water for high – pressure boilers but also for conditioning various process and rinse water. The ion – exchange system is chosen very accordingly to the volumes and composition of the raw water, the effluent- quality require for different uses and the comparative capital and operation cost. If silica removal is not required, the system may consist of a hydrogen – cation – exchanger unit and a weekly basic anion exchanger unit usually followed by a degasifier, to remove by aeration most of the carbon dioxide formed from the bicarbonates. It consists of the following:

• A hydrogen – cation – exchanger unit and a strongly basic anion–exchanger unit or
• A single unit containing an intimately mixed bed of a hydrogen cation – exchanger and a strongly basic anion exchanger

The machine structure is made from M.S. with well painted body and fully covered by S.S sheet.

It has an Inlet 3/4" connection with valve and other accessories and a manual bottle loading on conveyor. The machine also has a pneumatic cylinder base stopper to hold the bottle while filling.

The unit consists of S.S. Slat conveyor, filling nozzle with self-centering device, S.S. Geared pumps, “No Container Machine Stops” System. The containers are received on S.S. Slat conveyor by manual, moves below the nozzles that correct the center of bottle neck to avoid spillage of liquid on bottle.

When the bottle is placed under the m/c. the filling starts automatically and stops automatically after getting adjusted volume.

Filling nozzles height can be adjusted by single wheel setting and center distance between two nozzles adjusted by easy slide and lock system. It has 100Ltr.S.S storage tank with cover and ball valve with inlet “T” connection, conical bottom with drain and eight outlet nozzles. (All Pipes and fitting are in S.S Material).

The Double head liquid pouch packing machine has a capacity of 100 Ml to 500 Ml. The machine has an output of 2000 to 4000 Pouch per hour. It is suitable for free flowing liquids like milk ,water butter milk etc. It is a photo cell operated Machine

The Impact Pulverizer consists encased rotor-carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier for finesse regulation and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft.

Raw material from the feed hopper enters manually or automatically inside the roll feeder and as the feeder pockets rotate spills into the grinding chamber. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for clarification and the over size particles are rejected by the finesse regulators (whizzer classifier) and returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding.

Classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring dustless operation and no loss of ground powder.

Our Dal mill adds value to the product and saves cost of transportation. It also helps as an additional income provider through sale of seed coats as cattle feed. The mill is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs. Its motor is provided with a pulley and is mounted at the bottom of the stand with V-belt to drive it. The motor requirement is of 2 HP single / three phases.
