We utilize superior grade steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, manganese and other raw material in our manufacturing processes. We use a wide variety of modern and sophisticated machinery in our organization, some of which include: Wire Drawing, Wire Cutting, Dry Mixer, Wet Mixer Extruder, Baking Oven, Swing Packing
Ever since our inception in 1974, we have been providing the concerned industries, with the highest quality of welding consumables. We manufacture various types of electrodes that include, Mild Steel Electrodes, Cellulosic Type Electrodes, Medium Tensile Steel Electrodes, High Tensile Low Alloy Steel Electrodes, Weathering Steel Electrodes, Low Heat Input Electrodes, Hard Facing Electrodes, Stainless Steel Electrodes, Cast Iron Electrodes, Cutting Electrodes, Co2 (MIG) Welding Wire.
The description of the entire range follows:
|
 |
| Cellulosic Type Electrodes Cellulosic type
electrodes contain a coating of organic materials that convert into
gases in the arc. The name is derived from the fact that about 30% of
the coating weight is made of cellulose, and this helps with a 70%
deeper penetration as compared to other electrodes. These are
used widely in the ship building industry and in the welding of
pipelines, and we have on offer for our clients, the following
Cellulosic type electrodes: MONO
CELL - AWS-A501: 83 : E: 6013 BIS - 814/2004 : E124112
R0S0-1RSM28/2002:CLASSA-1Mono
Cell is a light coated cellulosic type electrode which has been
specially designed to deposit radiographic quality weld with deep
penetration properties in all welding positions including vertical
down. Forceful, penetrating and spray type arc suits have been
provided for achieving excellent root penetration, for welding of low
and higher pressure pipeline by conventional or stove pipe technique.
It is ideally suited for joining pipelines where welding is carried
out in all positions, storage tanks, pressure vessels, general
structural steels etc.

| Co2 (MIG) Welding Wire Our Co2 (MIG) welding wire is regarded
highly in the industry and is used for varied purposes,. These wires
are double deoxidized Copper coated Mn - Si wire suited for welding
in all positions. These often find application in welding sheet
material, low alloy steels, unalloyed and structural steels. We have
the following variety on offer: MONO MAG-1MAG
WIRE is a double deoxidized Copper coated Mn - Si wire suited for
welding in all positions. These produces welds with excellent
radiographic qualities with minimum spatters and stable arc under
optimum welding conditions. The cast, helix and tensile strength of
the wire are controlled to yield high quality welds. These are
ideally suited for welding sheet material, low alloy steels,
unalloyed and structural steels and are extensively used in the
automobile industry, containers, railway industries and earthmoving
equipments.
