Quality Policy / Processes

quality dose not happen as a matter of fact. At Mittie Apparels, every aspect of work is a quest. the quest that finds its end in quality - not ordinary quality, but we strive for quintessential quality. Quality without which any company dose not have the winning edge in this modern era of competition, globalisation and open economy. So our quest is to give you, the customer, the quintessential quality and this quest governs our every activity and process right from the selection of raw material to finished products and packing.

Infrastructure

Our factory is equipped with high Quality machines with a skilled and efficient work force.

Knitting machines from Taiwan produces three tones of material a day. Soft flow machines process six tones a day after the dyeing process, Rotary printing produces three tones and Machine Prints five thousand pieces per day.

Pegasus and Brother machines stitch five thousand garments per day.

Every single process, including the manufacture of elastic is done in-house, enabling stringent quality control and promote completion of orders and delivery.

We have three manufacturing units in Tirupur.

Our ‘In-House Production’ capacity is average 3000pcs per day.
