Infrastructure
Our factory is equipped with high Quality machines with a skilled and efficient work force.
Knitting machines from Taiwan produces three tones of material a day. Soft flow machines process six tones a day after the dyeing process, Rotary printing produces three tones and Machine Prints five thousand pieces per day.
Pegasus and Brother machines stitch five thousand garments per day.
Every single process, including the manufacture of elastic is done in-house, enabling stringent quality control and promote completion of orders and delivery.
We have three manufacturing units in Tirupur.
Our ‘In-House Production’ capacity is average 3000pcs per day.
