Bitumen and Bituminous Emulsion

We deal in emulsified bitumen which is used in road building, asphalt road surfacing, waterproofing applications.  To maintain a stable emulsion at room temperature, molten bitumen is used with water and emulsifier chemicals through high shear and high speed in line mixer. The mixing of bitumen and water depends upon the application and usually they are used in a ratio of 50:50 or 60:40 or depending upon the grades like medium setting, rapid setting, slow setting, etc.
