About UsEstablishing its roots in the year 1961, the Late Mr. Rajendrabhai.B Amin founded the organization in the name of Perfect Screws which became the pioneer in manufacturing of cold-forged fasteners in South India. Aided by Mr. Amin’s vision the company focused towards Nut manufacturing and developed the most advanced nut forming plant in 1972. By 1977, under the new name, Mini Nuts, the company moved towards the manufacturing of special fasteners through multi-station cold forging machines targeting the automotive and general applications industries. This extended to the Aerospace and Defense industries by 1987, propelling the company to new heights. In the year 2005 all the group companies were assimilated into one and relocated at the current location in Bommasandra. It was rechristened as M K Fasteners on 1st April, 2008 and is now managed by Mr. K. R. Amin and family, the second generation of entrepreneurs. Since then, the company has been constantly evolving and upgrading in terms of technology, productivity, and production capability, while striving to meet the constantly changing demands of all sectors. |
