Our AHUs are available in two designs as follows:

• Single Skin AHUs for all Ventilation applications: It is provided with a single case that is made of high grade galvanized iron or as desired by our clients.
• Double Skin AHUs for all Air conditioning applications: In it the external casting is fabricated from sandwiched panels. The polyurethanes foam provides excellent thermal resistance that increases its insulation property.

Construction:

Air handling units are manufactured with precision and have a sturdy construction. It is an assemblage of different externally chamfered extruded anodized aluminum profiles and nylon glass libre corner joints. Further to make it rust-resistant and sweat-free, it is provided with polyurethane foam
(25 mm thick
) between sandwiched panels. The imported galvanized sheets and metal screws offer self-drilling and self-tapping operations. These additions do make the AHU look sleek and stylish.

Our range of air handling unit is also offered in single decker design. Its galvanized iron body makes it smart and anti-corrosive. Our power saver AHUs offers even distribution of dehumidified air in the atmosphere. This makes it very popular in diverse industrial applications such as pharmaceutical, hotels, malls, multiplexes, pharma, food industry, textile industry, tile industry, chemical industry, labs, jute industry, hospitals, wood, metal parts, paper industry and many more.

Our range of HVAC systems are provided with stainless steel risers. It also has a damper that is provided with front knob for ease of operation. Our energy saving and compact HVAC systems are used in central air conditioning, clean rooms, blowers and other industrial applications that require dust free environment. These are available in a box type or flange type designs as per the requirement of our clients.

We offer air grills in adjustable and fixed designs to serve various ventilating applications. These air grills are galvanized to make them corrosion resistant and liberates air in required amount and direction from its appropriately positioned ducts. This uniquely designed grill performs initial filtration of air in extremely dusty environments such as cement plants, construction area and many more.

We manufacture stainless steel based risers for HAVC and air handling units. These SS risers are perfect for press fit arrangement and offers longer service life. Being completely corrosion resistant and chemical–resistant, these risers are durable, sturdy and can be availed in customized designs and tolerances.

Our array of HVAC system also includes stainless steel risers. These are provided with a door type design. Made of perforated stainless steel sheet, these risers are coated with CRCA powder. This makes them anti-corrosive and enhances its appearance. This durable and efficient riser can also be manufactured as per the requirement of our clients.

We have requisite facilities to execute hot-dip galvanizing process at our premises. It is a metallurgical process that involves coating of metals with zinc. We provide steel and iron casting parts and channel that are galvanized to make them rust-resistant. Galvanization also increases the functional life of the concerned part.

We manufacture a wide gamut of hot-dipped galvanized products that are used in almost all industrial applications. Galvanization involves passing of steel, iron or other metal through molten zinc bath. It is conducted at very high temperature of around 460 °C. The zinc layer deposited on the metal make it anti-corrosive and enduring.
