The Bushes are used in Moulding Boxes and Match Plates. The Round Bushes are Hardened to above 55 HRC and Ground internally & externally to get accurate dimensions. The Flat Bushes are inside Broached, OD Ground and Nitrided to 300 to 400 Vickers Hardness

This is a commonly used pouring cup used to provide feeder holes in a Mold. Spring Loaded Mechanism releases this Pouring Cup from the Mold. These cups are specifically fabricated in accordance to the grade of the material poured and the height of the mold.   We offer these cups to suit the standard sizes. We also offer customization.
