MAKFELT  - ISI MARKED

 

Manufacturing as per Hessian based treated (IS: 1322-1993, ISI Marked) and Glass Fibre Tissue mat treated/coated (IS: 7193-1994, ISI Marked) with bitumen and suitable Mineral Fillers. The coated felt is sprinkled with mineral powder/mica to prevent the coated felt sticking together in the roll.

Makpolyplast Polymeric Membrane

We offer a wide range of makpolyplast polymeric membrane, which have high tensile strength, cold resistivity and are long lasting waterproofing membrane. These are supplied with aluminum top layer and consist of  the following:

• Non woven polyester mat
• Non woven glass fiber tissue
• HMHDPE film of 90-100 micron

MAK PRIMER - Bitumen Primer

High Quality oil based primer to be used on the surface to be treated for waterproofing to make the surface compatible with bitumen. It is highly penetrative and has good adhesion to most surfaces. Bituminous Primer for cold application comply to IS: 3384-1986 and BS 4147-1980.

MAK BOND

 

Is a cold applied adhesive for fixing roofing felts and other insulating material on various  surfaces. Mak Bond is recommended where the use of hot bitumen is either difficult or s prohibited.

Mak Silver - Bitumenous Aluminium Paint

Our range of mak silver - bitumenous aluminium paint are used over water proofing membranes on the roof and steel structures. These are offered at competitive prices and delivered with proper packaging. Further, our range is widely used in diverse industries and made as per IS-2339-1963 standards.

Mak Sealing Compound- ISI Marked

We offer maksealing compound of grade A, which are hot pour rubber sealing compound that withstands cracking and have good adhesion to concrete. These can be used on roads, buildings in expansion joints. Further, our range is made as per IS : 1834-1984 standards.

 

In addition, we also offer Mak Sealing Compound of grade B, which are hot pour sealing compounds. These are resistant to petrol, jet fuel oil and are widely used on runways, filling stations, garages etc.

 

MAK KOTE

 

In application where heating of Bitumen at site is not possible, and where handicaps of wet surfaces have to be overcome, waterproofing can be done by using Makkote.

 MSRB Compound

 

M.S.R.B Compound is a bituminous adhesive in the form of an emulsion of brushing consistency. M.S.R.B Compound is recommended for the fixing of Expanded Polystrene (Thermocole. It is suitable for use in cold storage too, to ensure good adhesion to walls and ceiling and  may also be used for sticking Thermocole section used for the insulation of refrigeration pipe work.  

MAK CRETE - Acrylic Based Water Proofing Compound

 

Mak  Crete is an acrylic based polymer modified cementitious water proofing system. The MAK CRETE polymer , when mixed with cement will provide the unique solution to all problems related to water leakage  and it protects from  severe fungus ,salt penetration, or environmental attack in the following structures.

MAK PLAST

 

Mak Plast is cold applied bituminous compound consist of bitumen, resinous oils and suitable fillers to form a smooth and homogenous paste in compliance with IS : 1580-1969. Mak Plast is recommended for water proofing of porous  masonry, concrete floors, wall and roof. Makplast is used for caulking purpose for cervices and vertical joints between plates, folded sections , wood joints etc

MAK POLY KOTE – 2  mm & 4 mm

 

MAKPOLYKOTE 2 MM is an Anti Corrosive tape based on  Bitumen and specifically designed to comply with the requirements of   IS:10221-1982 . Makpoly Kote is used for Anticorrosive treatment for Under Ground Pipelines and Fire Fighting pipelines.

MAKFILL-Expansion Joint Filler Boards ISI Marked IS :1838-1983

 

Consists of a fibre board impregnated with bituminous materials to render it durable and waterproof. It is used for Prevents cracking of concrete slabs during expansion and  Protects the subgrade by providing a water-tight seal thereby preventing

percolation of surface water.
