We are into specialty minerals with fine grinding and controlled particle size levigated grit free products , unlike mine owners and low end processors who simply grind / ball mill/ pulverize the raw minerals. We carry out series of dressing operations like sorting, washing etc before fine grinding with specialized micronizers.
1 ) Installed capacity of 3000 tpm , 36000 tons per annum .
2 ) Controlled particle size distribution , not simple pulverizing .
3 ) Levigated products ( free from free silica / quartz / sand having 7 hardness on mho’s scale which abrades the processing equipment and also weakens the product). Levigation is the process of removal of sand or silica as described above.
4 ) Special mirconizer designs for different products coupled with air classifiers for accurate topcut particle size .
5 ) Surface coating / modification done on coated grades for better dispersion in polymers like TULSI – 500 spl grade or coated aluminium silicate used in EPDM beadings for high filler loading.
6 ) Speciality grades such as acidic ( Micro-4-FW having ph 4-6 as required for rubber, 5 star grade for pesticides having 4-5 pH ) , alkaline ( Micro -2- LW having pH 9 ) , black particle free ( talc 5ssw, 059, 060 ), no grit to taste grades ( kt-055, kt-555 ) for food applications etc .
7 ) Non plastic grades – we specialize in white clays with free flow properties : TUSLI range – 1 ) neutral pH 6-7, moisture 0.1 % ( almost NIL ), non plastic – no stickiness properties, very low iron and other metallic impurities ( high chemical purity / inertness ), low loss on ignition ( < 7 % ), consistent bulking and absorption properties, highly useful in many applications such as white and light coloured paints, pesticides , rubber etc .
8 ) Plastic / reinforcing grades – Micro – 2- Fw and alkaline grade with better reinforcement MIRCO-2-LW and acidic grade for slow cure / better shelf life in uncured patch compounds MICRO-4-Fw.
9 ) Calcined grades with excellent whiteness, loss on ignition below 0.5 % and average particle size 2-3 microns ( TULSI 069 HT ) useful in paints for tio2 replacement, in cables for increasing insulation property 10-20 times, in pharma rubber due to sterilized product.
10 ) Calcined clay with higher PSD – TUSLI 555, applications same as above .
11 ) Grit free, 96 % whiteness talc of 700 mesh and above , carbonate free highest purity grades available in India.
