We also produce cost effective silica for rubber , hydrated calcium silicate and sodium aluminium silicate".

We manufacture and provide premium quality of Aluminum Silicate that is lightweight and super white on color commonly used as filler as well as anti settling agent in paint. It is also used as semi reinforcing agent in rubber. Our aluminum silicates are of high degree of brightness, low plasticity and ease of dispersion.

Our organization offers a high-grade range of Hydrated Calcium Silicate. Leveraging on our sophisticated manufacturing facility we are able to formulate premium quality hydrated. Our hydrated is used for various industries such as anti-caking, reinforcing and carrying agent in several industries.

White seal ( Unizinc )

White seal is manufactured by melting zinc ingots / dross in crucibles in oil fired furnaces, till it catches flame and auto combustion occurs ( 2Zn O2 à 2ZnO ) with atmospheric oxygen, the resulting fine particles of zinc oxide flow upwards and are collected with dust collection system. Our plant is technically superior due to following.

• made completely out of stainless steel and not MS like others
•  induced draft system with automatic pulse jet dust collector , so each bag is separately collected rather than batch process
• having pharma license and making pharma grade ( IP ) in separate enclosed space.
•  having strict vigilance on quality and conducting specialized tests such as free metal test ( anthraquinone test – pink spots ) , lead content, acid insolubles etc.

TBLS ( tri basic lead sulphate ) is formed by reaction of lead oxide with sulphuric acid in the presence of catalysts and surface active agents / dispersants under controlled conditions. The resultant precipitate is filtered in high pressure filter presses to wash out impurities and then dried and micronized to 400 mesh size to give good dispersion in rigid PVC and cables. It is also surface treated for good dispersion.

 

DBLS ( di basic lead stearate ) is formed by reaction of lead oxide with stearic acid, ammonia, catalysts and surfactants to give a very light precipitated which is filtered in filter presses and then dried and micronized.

 

LS is formed in similar fashion but lead oxide quantity is less .

DBLP ( di basic lead phthalate ) is formed by the reaction of lead oxide with pthalic anhydride with catalysts etc and filtered , dried and grinded.

GMS is also used for emulsification or increasing water quantity in face creams etc. Further, these are formulated with quality ingredients.
