Our customers can avail from us PVC Stabilizer. PVC Heat Stabilizers are available in two series which are in powder as well as flake forms. These are also available in different size of packets to fulfill the demands of our clients. Our stabilizer comes within the budget of the customers and hence enjoys wide demand.

Capacity : 1500 tons /month

TBLS ( tri basic lead sulphate ) is formed by reaction of lead oxide with sulphuric acid in the presence of catalysts and surface active agents / dispersants under controlled conditions. The resultant precipitate is filtered in high pressure filter presses to wash out impurities and then dried and micronized to 400 mesh size to give good dispersion in rigid PVC and cables. It is also surface treated for good dispersion.

 

DBLS ( di basic lead stearate ) is formed by reaction of lead oxide with stearic acid, ammonia, catalysts and surfactants to give a very light precipitated which is filtered in filter presses and then dried and micronized.

 

LS is formed in similar fashion but lead oxide quantity is less .

DBLP ( di basic lead phthalate ) is formed by the reaction of lead oxide with pthalic anhydride with catalysts etc and filtered , dried and grinded.

UNISTAB-LPF is a co-precipitate manufactured under controlled conditions, resulting in a high performance heat stabilizer that is better functionally as well as operationally in PVC processing. It is specially designed for Rigid PVC Pipe application and gives excellent results at low as well as high filler loadings.
