MLA Group's non toxic stabilizers have been developed for the european, US and other developed countries markets where use of lead based stabilizers has been banned due to health reasons. Lead being a toxic element, it is considered to slowly percolate the potable water stream or when used for any products which come in human touch or is also harmful to workers during use in the processing. Ca-Zn stabilizers with excellent thermal stability have been developed in our in house R&D for both pipes as well as cable applications.
Ca-Zn is further useful in cables due to its low specific gravity and better flow / output and better cost effectiveness compared to the TBLS / DBLS / LS conventional combination.
Even PVC pipe manufacturers in developing countries are slowly shifting towards Ca-ZN one packs as the health regulations are becoming more stringent day by day.
