TBLS ( tri basic lead sulphate ) is formed by reaction of lead oxide with sulphuric acid in the presence of catalysts and surface active agents / dispersants under controlled conditions. The resultant precipitate is filtered in high pressure filter presses to wash out impurities and then dried and micronized to 400 mesh size to give good dispersion in rigid PVC and cables. It is also surface treated for good dispersion.
DBLS ( di basic lead stearate ) is formed by reaction of lead oxide with stearic acid, ammonia, catalysts and surfactants to give a very light precipitated which is filtered in filter presses and then dried and micronized.
LS is formed in similar fashion but lead oxide quantity is less .
DBLP ( di basic lead phthalate ) is formed by the reaction of lead oxide with pthalic anhydride with catalysts etc and filtered , dried and grinded.

One packs are made by in situ reactions of lead oxide and calcium oxide with stearic acid, palmitic acid, TBLS, waxes, anti –oxidants, tio2, hydrotalcite, fillers etc many other additives to give a melted uniform mixture which has good stabilization and lubrication properties. The product can either be flaked or it can be fine grinded or coarse grinded as per customer requirement. Fine powders are generally non lubricated. Our formulations are designed by our in house RND unit with the assistance of in house plastic testing lab to give best stabilization, lubrication and melt flow properties to give a good output rate and strength to the rigid PVC pipe and profiles.
We are very cost competitive as we not only purchase our own lead and get converted to lead oxide from leading manufacturer of the same in Kanpur but also import lead ingots from middle east, argentina and Europe when import is profitable. We consume huge quantity of stearic acid due to which we get the most competitive price from manufacturers like Godrej, VVF, Jocil, Sunshine, Rayalseema etc. We also have DFIA lincences for import of stearic acid which we use when import pricing is more lucrative and buy from worlds leading companies like Acidchem, Akzo Nobel etc
We provide before and after sales technical support for our stabilizers through our technical services personnel ( CIPET engineers ) who also help our customers in their other problems trouble shooting.
