Green seal is manufactured by an elaborate process involving dressing of zinc skimming to separate out metallic portion, remove iron magnetically , reduce size to required fineness and then roasting under controlled conditions to give a off colour heavy zinc oxide ( 90-95 % ) , highly suitable for animal feed and black rubber applications.
The product is roasted in such a way that lead is removed completely , besides the moisture is completely driven out and so are the conductive salts. The resultant product has good compatibility / dispersion in carbon black filled rubber and also has lesser dusting and conveying/dosing issues automotive application plants.
