White seal ( Unizinc )

White seal is manufactured by melting zinc ingots / dross in crucibles in oil fired furnaces, till it catches flame and auto combustion occurs ( 2Zn + O2 à 2ZnO ) with atmospheric oxygen, the resulting fine particles of zinc oxide flow upwards and are collected with dust collection system. Our plant is technically superior due to following

 

1 ) made completely out of stainless steel and not MS like others

2 ) induced draft system with automatic pulse jet dust collector , so each bag is separately collected rather than batch process

3 ) having pharma license and making pharma grade ( IP ) in separate enclosed space.

4 ) having strict vigilance on quality and conducting specialized tests such as free metal test ( anthraquinone test – pink spots ) , lead content, acid insolubles etc.
