Resistance heating strip for furnace heating elements and other heat-generating applications. The strip is normally delivered in Nikrothal 80 & Kanthal A1 Grade

Resistance heating wire and strip in iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloys and nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys for manufacturing of electric heating elements.

We offer pure nickel wires, which have purity parameter of 99.2 % or more. These are widely used for lamp filaments and in many industrial & laboratory equipment for its corrosion resistant property. Moreover, our range is available in the form of wires and ribbons.

We supply electrical resistance wire used for electrical heating element up to 1400 degree centigrade.  Further, our range finds application in domestic appliances, heating elements operating in air, quartz tubes and electrical immersion heaters. Our heating alloys are available in the form of ribbon and wire and customers can choose resistivity in ohms/cm at 20 degree centigrade like:

We offer nickel chromium 65:15 wire/strips, which have a composition of 60 percent nickel and 15 percent chromium including iron and additives. These are suitable for heating elements operating at temperatures up to 1100 degree centigrade. Moreover, our range is available in the form of wire and ribbon. The applications of our range include:

• Heating elements of domestic appliances and other heating applications
• Acid dropping baskets
• Wire mesh filters
• Structural parts of furnaces

Nichrome 80/20 is a high grade austenitic alloy. Due to its ductibility and strength at high temperature, Nichrome 80/20 is especially suitable for applications in the electrical appliance industry. In industrial furnace use Nichrome 80/20 has many advantages due to its excellent mechanical properties in the hot state. Nichrome 80/20 has superior life compared to competitive NiCr alloys because of the extremely good adhesion properties of the surface oxide.

Typical applications for Nichrome 80/20 are ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements, cartridge elements and so on.
