Process:

• Drawings prepared on auto CAD.
• Individual parts drawings on auto CAD.
• Part list generated for every cylinder.
• Inspection record available for each part.
• Raw material test certificate will be available.
• Assembly reports are prepared and kept for record.
• Test certificate is supplied for each cylinder.
• Certificate for seals supplied with each cylinder /lot.

Manufacturing Practices:

• First root run for all joints through x-ray quality welder with the help of Argon weld, subsequent runs with the help of rectifier only
• Sixty micron plating on diameter is ensured due to post grinding
• Piston rods are turned and ground between centers no center less grinding.
• Up to 50 mm dia burnished rods are used.
• Only B S /imported seals are used.
• Hardware from TVS group (six Sigma Company).
• Honing finish to 0.3/0.4 RA value.
• Up to 100 mm dia. Ready to hone tube is used.
• Up to 75 mm dia VSP EN8 D material is used
• Torquing is done as per the torque value recommended by the supplier using appropriate torque range.
• Critical components which affect life of the seals are machined on CNC lathe irrespective of batch quantity in terms of Ra value from 0.8 to 0.1
• Spot facing with specially designed tools.
• In case of bulk quantity rod end clevis made out of S.G. iron.
• All tooling from Kennametal Widia.
