We use very standard quality raw materials for manufacturing of castings. Before, procuring the raw materials, we rigorously check the reliability and trustworthiness of the suppliers. We source the required raw materials from the local market. We use quality steel, scraps of stainless steel and ferrous alloys. Not only the suppliers, we also check the quality of these raw materials and their standard of composition have also been checked by our team of experts.

We have been consistently manufacturing castings of high quality stainless steel and steel made alloys. The weight of the casting products come within the range of 1kg to 200 kg. All these products are of fully customized range and have good tensile property, durability and resistivity against chemicals and other corrosive substances. In the pump and valve manufacturing industries, our casting products like industrial metal casting, heat resistant casting, pump casting, steel ball valve casting have good demand.

The castings we produce pass through clearly defined stage. At every stage, the experts calibrate the end casting products with the standard set for us. The process is vigorously followed till the final stage of production. As a result of this, we get the best castings, which in themselves measure up as hallmarks of quality. The hardness and tensile strength of these castings are also checked. All the quality control tests are carried our as per as the relevant standards and procedures prescribed by IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation, 1950).
For further assurance about the high quality castings, we always welcome the external experts to come and check the quality of the end products.

We have been following all the prevailing production process of castings industries. Apart from these, we have also employed a new production features in our existing production process. According to this new method, we use CO2 sand molding process along with fluid silicate binder. Due to this innovative system, we have able to bring accuracy, speedy, excellent surface casting and very high dimensional tolerance features in our products.

We are professionally managed by our expert team of professionals, skilled and semi skilled persons. The total strength of our workforce is around 50 and we have been gradually expanding the existing strength with the growth of the organization.
