We, MM Casting is a reputed manufacturers and domestic suppliers of industrial steel and steel made special alloy castings. We design these tools to cater to the requirements of manufacturing industry of valves and pumps. We customize the castings according to our clients' requirements.

Mr. MZK Contractor founded this company in Ahmadabad in the year 2007. He has a wide industrial experience and exposure of 35 years both in the government and private sector. We closely follow the work division process and every worker is assigned that work which is according to his skills and interest. Our strong enthusiasm to satisfy the customers is the biggest advantage for us and within a very short duration, our turnover has touched Rs 10 million.

Simultaneously, we have also able to produce 25 MT of castings. We use steel and steel made other alloys as raw materials which are of high quality and good composition. Our product range varies from 1 kg to 200 kg castings. It includes strainer castings, pump castings, gate valve castings, globe valve castings, steel strainer castings, steel pump castings, steel gate valve castings, stainless steel globe valve castings, stainless steel castings, steel valve castings, steel pump castings, heat resistant castings, industrial steel castings, ball valve castings, steel gate valve castings and non return valve castings.


Raw Material
We use very standard quality raw materials for manufacturing of castings. Before, procuring the raw materials, we rigorously check the reliability and trustworthiness of the suppliers. We source the required raw materials from the local market. We use quality steel, scraps of stainless steel and ferrous alloys. Not only the suppliers, we also check the quality of these raw materials and their standard of composition have also been checked by our team of experts.


Products
We have been consistently manufacturing castings of high quality stainless steel and steel made alloys. The weight of the casting products come within the range of 1kg to 200 kg. All these products are of fully customized range and have good tensile property, durability and resistivity against chemicals and other corrosive substances. In the pump and valve manufacturing industries, our casting products like industrial metal casting, heat resistant casting, pump casting, steel ball valve casting have good demand.

Quality
The castings we produce pass through clearly defined stage. At every stage, the experts calibrate the end casting products with the standard set for us. The process is vigorously followed till the final stage of production. As a result of this, we get the best castings, which in themselves measure up as hallmarks of quality. The hardness and tensile strength of these castings are also checked. All the quality control tests are carried our as per as the relevant standards and procedures prescribed by IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation, 1950).
For further assurance about the high quality castings, we always welcome the external experts to come and check the quality of the end products.


Production Process
We have been following all the prevailing production process of castings industries. Apart from these, we have also employed a new production features in our existing production process. According to this new method, we use CO2 sand molding process along with fluid silicate binder. Due to this innovative system, we have able to bring accuracy, speedy, excellent surface casting and very high dimensional tolerance features in our products.


Human Resource
We are professionally managed by our expert team of professionals, skilled and semi skilled persons. The total strength of our workforce is around 50 and we have been gradually expanding the existing strength with the growth of the organization. Each member of our work force has given certain responsibilities according to their inherited skills and strength
