We follow a standard process of production that enables us to manufacture our products within a set time limit. Our gemologists select from some of the best rough stones which ensures that the colors and the veneers match each other. The base is prepared at our unit by our qualified staff. We also have a team of gemstone cutters who take out small pieces from the rough blocks of gemstone or the shells. The very next phase involves laminating the pieces on the base with the help of special adhesive. The other process involves cutting out blocks of gemstones from the mines and cutting them to tiles. They are then polished to give a fine finish.

Carrying out our production work has been easier for us with the backing of our advanced infrastructure that helps us in managing the production work efficiently. Our vast unit has space to process voluminous quantity of the stones at any given point of time. Most of our operations are manually performed even with the presence of heavy machinery.
