Acetylene Purifying Mass Regenerative Type - The Purification capacity of APM (R) is 40 NM3 in about 10 Regenerations
- The particle size will pass through 40 mesh when dry

Ferric Chloride Liquid Ferric Chloride solution of Iron III Chloride (FeCl 3) in water. It is manufactured by virgin raw material in an oxidation process using chlorine and Ferrous Chloride solution.
Our ferric chloride is prepared by direct chlorination of iron with chlorine and product is collected after condensation of sublimed products. Thus the process conditions are adjusted in such a way that material of highest purity is obtained.
Applications:
- Ferric Chloride is hydrolyzed in dilute solution forming a precipitate of Ferric Oxide
- This precipitate absorbs suspended particles (clay, organic matter, etc) flocculates and carries the absorbed particles to the bottom
- It also removes sulphides and silica
- It increase the rate of settling of sludge in sewage by the process of hydrolysis forming Ferric Hydroxide which acts as a coagulant
Ferric Chloride Can be Used:
- As an etching agent for photo engraving and printed circuitry
- To produce decorative surface effects on ceramics
- In the manufacture of glycerin
As a catalyst, mordant, oxidizing, chlorination and condensing agent- As a disinfectant, pigment and cattle feed-additive

The generated Acetylene Gas from Acetylene generator usually contains several impurities such as Phosphorus, Sulphur, Ammonia, Arsenic, Phosgene, Hydrogen Sulphide etc. In this case, the purifying mass absorbs such impurities to a major extent. The absorption is depending upon the quality of used calcium carbide. At the same time, Acetylene purified with the non-regenerative purifying mass is free from Chloro Compounds. Therefore, such Acetylene gas purified with non-regenerative purifying mass can be used for marine DA. These gas purifiers work better when used in dry state.

We usually pack the Acetylene Purify Mass in HDPE bags of capacity 50 kg Net weight with thick inner liners. Our effective packaging provide maximum life time to the Mass that is around 24 months from date of packing.
