We deliver it all. Mns exports was incorporated as a private limited company under the indian companies act (1956) in Sept 1996. Prior to this the company was a partnership firm registered under the indian partnership act conducting business under the brand name 'mother nature and sons'. However, on 9th august 1991, the 'partnership' status of our company changed to Mns exports private ltd. The paid up capital of the company is half a million u s dollars. We are a 100 percent export oriented unit and are recognized by the government of India as an export house. This enviable status is accorded to only select exporters whose annual turnover exceeds us $ 5 million for three consecutive years.
