Plant and Machinery:

Spread within sprawling area of 8 acres [approx.], Mod Cera Industries is situated on National Highway 8A, Morbi. The plant matches all the parameters of any best European plant in the industry. It has many firsts to its credit viz. ISO 9001-2000 certification from QCB Neherland, Robotized storage system, neatness, flow design taking time and motion into consideration, etc. This is credited to the vision of Shri Amarshibhai and finely executed by Shri Rameshbhai and Mahadevbhai. Water Jet Insert Tile Cutting Machine – Younda, China
Lab Testing Equipments – Fully equipped testing lab with all instruments [Autoclave for crazing and water absorption; MOR Machine – Tile strength testing; Glossy Meter – for gloss testing of tiles; Oven; Furnace; Hotplate; Centrifuge; Flame Photometer for sodium and potassium testing; Chemical Analysis equipments] in working condition to check the quality parameters/ standards set by QC.

AGV:

This is the latest robotic transporting system made to order as per the space and time management system.

The system takes care of transporting and storing semi finished and finished tiles automatically without human handling. The system is programmed typically for use of a specific organization. Its efficiency in handling takes care of any human error and ensures storage in the most dynamic way for ease of handling and dispatch.

We confess, however, that our wide, all encompassing range sometimes puzzles our patrons as to which beautiful tile to choose. This is because our tiles capture every emotion of the human mind : from the mild to sober to gray to bright to the ecstatic and euphoric. But then, that is exactly what our patrons prefer us for.

QUALITY POLICY

We at ARGIL are committed to the quality in terms of People, Products and Processes. At ARGIL quality is not a policy, but a habit. At every link of the supply chain we are committed to delivering quality to the customer.

The activities that highlight our quality initiatives are us of AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles) for material Handling which reduces material handling rejections and breakages. We use LPG for firing which has a better dispersion and hence maintainance of equivalent temperature and reducution in smoke, for uniform tile quality and surface finish.

The raw material are indigenous mostly but the critical materials are imported to maintain the quality of products.

The people are all well trained with Job specific and Refresher training sessions to ensure that we move up the quality chart on a consistent basis.

The procedures are under constant vigil for improvement if needed. This enables us to keep our costs in control in the competitive market.
