Precision Lathes are designed for continuous light & heavy duty jobs and to give prolonged efficient life. These presicion lathes are made in simple & 3-SPEED GEAR BOX types & possess exceedingly improved features both in construction & design.
  • Headstock: The flat seat of headstock over bed is perfectly matched by precision hand scrapping. Spindle is made from high carbon steel which rotates on cylindrical precision split type Gun Metal Bushes of Grade-1 composition both at the front & back for smooth running & perfect balancing.
  • Tailstock: It is strong and rigid & provided with set-over motion for Taper Turning, Its quill is fairly thick & properly graduated.
  • Carriage: It is of robust design & provided with long, carefully scrapped sliding surfaces. The cross slides are square shaped to add strength to the cut of the machine.

A deep cut high deep cut high metal removal and sustained accuracy. The shapping machine is naturally casting. All castings are ribbed to withstand shockloads. Gears are made on high Precision Gear Shaper and tooth rounded for easy sliding. C.I. casting confirming to IS:210 ensure long life of the machine. All alignments confirm to IS:2310-1989. All the components manufactured are inspected and approved by qualified & experienced engineers at every stage. The shaping machine is specially for increased production, precision performance and deep cut.

Heavy Duty Planer
Heavy Duty Planer

We manufacture heavy duty planner for various industrial and engineering use. Specification of our heavy duty planner are:-
  • The Table: It is of box section with hand scrapped 'V' ways to bear heavy load. It is heavily ribbed & the Rack provided in it is spur milling cut & non wearing quality for smooth running. Adequate number of 'T' slots are also provided to clamp the work-piece precisely & securely.
  • Lubrication: This machine has automatic lubricating system. Forced pump has been provided to facilitate the lubrication of bearing surface. Wiper fitting & oil filter trays have been fitted to keep 'V' guides clean of oil, to avoid oil wastage & filtering of oil.
  • The Bed: The bed is made from high duty alloys grey casting having proper strength & long wearing qualities. It is deep box section & tied together at frequent intervals by double walled bridge pieces extended to the bottom of bed. The 2 'V' guides are accurately hand scrapped upto extreme limits.
  • The Gearing: The main bearings for gearings are cast solid with the bed and Gear Teeth are Hob Cut. Helical gears are of finest quality material & are strong enough to stand increased cutting & quick return speed Gun metal bearings have been provided for all the shafts & ball bearings for loose pulleys.
  • The Columns: The uprights are of rigid box section firmly, bolted on the bed for precise alignment are capable of absorbing the heaviest shocks without vibration. Location pins are provided to help refit machine accurately after once it is dismantled. Designed for permanent fitting of the side tool posts.
  • The Cross Rail: It is of box section heavily ribbed with large surface & suitable for both hand & automatic horizontal & vertical feeds.
  • The Tool Posts: These all are made out of close grain castings & steel to stand heavy cut. Special type of Dog Clutch fittings are provided for vertical lifting. It can be driven both manually and mechanically.
