Applicable in intense heat, fire, steam, hot liquid our fire proximity suit has been field tested for rescue operations. The outer layer of these suits is made from 16 oz imported aluminized glass fibre fabric with dual mirror which has 90% reflection of heat whereas inner layer is prepared using woolen fabric lining. It is stitched using heavy duty Kevlar thread. The complete suit consists of one piece coverall having with or without pouch to keep breathing apparatus, Hood with Visor, A pair of Glove and A pair of Boots. The Visor of hood is made from mica and tinted polycarbonate. It has IS-2745 standard fiber glass helmet and with two elasticized straps. For wrist protection 14” gloves are provided with stud fastener . To shield feet from high temperature boots having Neoprene Rubber sole that do not skid on greasy floor are provided. Boots also have aluminized fabric flap sturdy zipper. These suits are widely used in Petrochemical plants, foundries, plant, steel, glass, ceramics & Defence industy.

This multiple layer suit weighs 22 kgs and can handle fire with 2000°F temperature. Easy to wear fire entry suit has ZETEX - PLUS fabric outer layer for providing utmost performance even in open fire. The complete set comprises of coat with long sleeves, double storm fly front and pouch to carry cylinder for breathing apparatus. Adjustable straps are provided with pant and hood that can be kept in the built-in shell. For thermal protection of eyes the fibre glass helmet has tempered glasses & two gold plated lenses. This suit consists of a fire protective jacket and a pair of trousers which have three layers. We also provide FR hood and gloves with this suit. The full sleeved jacket have front zipper with flap closing. The trousers have suspenders for adjusting their height. 3M Retroreflactive tape is applied on chest, sleeves and bottom of trousers. This suit is EN 469 certified and CE marked

The best fire protective garments are made form Nomex fabric, which is a registered trademark of Dupont, U.S.A. This aromatic Nylon is synthesized with chemicals and therefore has insulating as well as FR properties. The nomex suit has Front zip closure. It has elastic at the back for stability of the coverall. Coverall having two chest pocket one with flap, two side pocket in trouser part, one back pocket, and one tool pocket on thigh, 3M's 1" wide silver colour retroreflective tape on sleeve on back and on bottom part of trouser. seams are topstitched.
