Fabrication and Machining Facilities

We gained our success for our state-of-the-art in-house fabrication shop that is spread over an area 10300 Sq. Ft. Further, we also have press shop and tool room that covers an area of 1800 and 600 sq. ft. respectively. Each unit is well equipped with latest tools and machines that include:

Sheet Roller (Cap. 15mm Thk. Plate) : 1 Nos.
MIG Welding (0.8mm) : 1 Nos.
Arc Welding (500 Amp.) : 2 Nos.
Pug Cutter : 1 Nos.
Pipe Cutter : 1 Nos.
Gas Cutter : 1 Set
Hand Sheet Cutter : 1 Nos.
Drill Machine (3/4”) : 1 Nos.
Hand Grinder (Dia. 7”) : 1 Nos.

We also have an arrangement for bending up-to 15mm thick plate and sand blasting. Our press shop has power presses of required tonnes that include:

80 Tonne: 1 Nos.
50 Tonne: 1 Nos.
30 Tonne: 1 Nos.
20 Tonne: 2 Nos.
10 Tonne: 7 Nos.
5 Tonne: 3 Nos.

Our tool room has the following machines.

Surface Grinder (9” x 14”): 2 Nos.
Drill Machine (3/4”): 1 Nos.
Tapping Machine (8mm): 1 Nos.

We are associated with very reputed & well equipped workshops for CNC wire cut, milling, shaper, planner & M1TR job.

We have our own specially equipped inspection shop where the analyst operates varied machineries to test our products. The inspection shop has the following machines:

Further, the raw material used for the production is also tested for quality. They are first tested at the vendor’s end and pre-inspected at our premises.
