Attritor mill or stirred ball mill as it is commonly known is manufactured by using superior grade of steel. It is used for grinding and blending process for wet or dry materials. Its performance is great and highly efficient. It is unique design consists of a top cover that can be locked on to the main vessel. It is provided in two halves. It also has Mild Steel Jacket for Cooling and an entire M.S Inlet, Outlet and Drain Fitting. Its Stainless Steel Ball Valve and Strainers are specifically designed for providing corrosion resistant and easy to clean equipments. These attritor mills are used in various applications in the manufacturing of Paints, Inks, Coatings and Others.

Our Big size double cylinder filter machine has the capacity to filter a minimum amount of 10,000 kg of material in one hour. Filter machine consists of Nylon net, which lasts longer and can be used until it attains hole. Materials can be carried to and from covering long distances in the filter itself. Tilter Mixer are used for the purpose of mixing Paint, Printing Ink, Coatings, Web - offset Inks, Black Carbon Inks and Other Types of Paste. With the help of tilter machines all materials are perfectly mixed and that too within very less time. Tilter mixers are manufactured using mild steel and stainless steel. These machines are very powerful and efficient. They can mix about 15 kg to 100 kg of material at one go. Clients can acquire tilter mixer in 1 H.P, 3 H.P, 5 H.P, 7.5 H.P and 10 H.P sizes.

Transportation of chemicals from one place to another can be done by mechanical internal gear pumps. With the help of these pumps all sort of materials can be carried across longer distance. Charging of material from one kettle to another can be done by gear pumps. With added features like being fire proof and require less maintenance, it is very useful for chemical industries. These pumps are offered in numerous capacities such as from 1” capacity to 2” capacity.

High speed stirrer offered by us is manufactured using mild steel and stainless steel. This lowers the maintenance problems and makes the cleaning very easy. Its steel body make s it corrosion resistance. These high speed stirrers are available in hanging type model. These are appropriate for mixing, stirring and homogenizing of low viscosity liquids and semi-liquid products. Various sizes of 1 H.P, 2 H.P, 3 H.P, 5 H.P, 7.5 H.P, 10 H.P and 15 H.P are available in these stirrers.

Barrel trolleys are used for the movement of barrels from a place to other. For the ease of the operator these trolleys are provided with wheels, so that heavy loads can be easily transported. These wheels make use of ball bearing system. The moving wheel contains a 6205 ball bearing with a ‘D’ type handle.

Container is used to store wet or dry materials. It is used to mix the materials in Disperser. It can be moved from one place to other easily as it is having moving wheel. The bottom plate is taper so that the material can be easily drained. There is also a valve at the bottom to drain the material. It is available in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. The various size available are 50 kg to 1000 kg.

Moving Wheel is having a M.S bracket and ball bearing to move it easily. The wheel is of H.D.P material or casting
material. Only a single person can easily operate the loaded container or trolley. Moving wheels can be used for container & trolley. Fix wheel is having a M.S bracket. The wheel is of H.D.P material or casting material. Fix wheel can be used for conntainer & trolley.
