Shell And Tube Condensers are currently the most popular type of condensers used worldwide. Modern refrigeration has manufactured and installed shell and tube condensers for ammonia based refrigeration systems and also for freon based refrigeration systems. Custom engineering capabilities and application oriented features ensure a shell and tube condenser that is a perfect match to your requirements. The only maintenance required is tube cleaning every 6 to 12 months.

• Dimensions: the diameters vary from 150mm (6") to 760mm (30"), lengths vary from 750mm to 6000mm. Shells up to 300mm (12") are made from welded pipes and above 300mm are made from rolled plates.

• Capacities: from 10kw (3tr) to 1750kw (500tr).

Each condenser undergoes a pressure test . The safety requirements are assured by strictly following the main codes during the design, the choice and use of suitable materials, manufacturing and inspection, pressure testing and final documentation.

The size of the condenser is 12 pipes high x 6 meter (20') long. Moreover, our range is supplied with gas and liquid headers and water sprinkler pipes, water sprinklers are made of medium class gi, erw pipes of 50mm nb (2”), and these condensers are supplied with red oxide primer coating.
