METER REGISTRATION:
Each Meter is equipped with a Power Purchase Card which is kept by the user & The Utility registers a Meter to a new user with this card through Power Vending Management System by writing the registration information to the Card. The user inserts the Card Into the newinstalled Meter far normal Meter operation.

POWER PURCHASE:
When the balance energy In the Meier is less than the alarming limit, the Meier alarm indicator will flash as well as sound from the bu2zer reminding the user to purchase Power as soon as possible, ne user should take the Power Purchase Card to local Power Vending Station to purchase Power Power selling operatorwltl write the purchased energy amount into his Card though Power Selling Management System and then return the Card to user

POWER LOADING:
The user should open the slot cover on the right side of the Meter first, then insert the Power Purchase Card with purchased energy into the IC Card slot in the arrow direction. Once the Meter nngs. take the card out to complete the power bading.
