These prestress cement concrete (PCC) poles are also used for maintaining the different electricity distribution. These PCC poles are essentially made of concrete which are inevitably less costly and more economically maintainable than the conventional steel poles. They are of two types depending upon the end use of the pole-low tensile and high tensile line. The latter is primarily used for transmission of electricity.

Manufacturing process:

Prestress cement concrete poles are essentially made of concrete. High tensile wire is inserted into the pre-designed moulds and stretched to reach a certain tension. Galvanised wire is fixed inside the mould for earthing following which a right proportion of concrete mix is poured. Then, the concrete is compacted through vibration to produce high strength concrete poles.

In this type of poles, they are short highted and used in telephone connections wirings. These poles are short because they do not interfear with the other traffic or other electrical lines running parallel to these short poles. Because of this short poles are used in telephone connections wirings.

We manufactur TMT, flat & long structural materials. Flat iron strips are made from high grade mild steel. The mild steel flat iron strips are used in a variety of construction and other fabrication applications. These flats are made in a variety of diameters as specified by the clients.
