R&D activities have been taken care by a highly qualified & professional technical team to get precision engineered components bang on time. R & D activities have been supported with the dedicated Tool Room equipped with High precision CNC Wire-Cut (Submerge), Imported Milling Machine, Imported Profile Projector & other precision machines. We are dedicated to develop at least 4 new components every month right from designing to product realization.
The products are checked & controlled by hieghly sophisticated instruments to ensure and deliver the precision results and strict Quality requirements. The Quality is a tangible aspect and an all encompassing phenomena at Modvak and work culture encourage its people to deliver quality with punctually innovation powered by infrastructure.
We are committed to adhere by International Quality Standards with strict adherence to Customer’s specific requirements and is confident of meeting the same. The same has been reflected by our Certification of ISO 9001-2008 from TUV India.
Right now Modvak is enjoying production with 6 Hi-Speed Pneumatic Power Presses with Automated Decoiler with a speed limit of 350 SPM. In a very short span of time we are going to acquire 4 highly sophisticated precision High- Speed Power Presses of International makewhere we can boast of having International Competence in Quantity & Quality by 3rd Quarter of current year. At present our Turn over is 16.00 Cr.
Our future Plan is to double our production capacity by year 2010-11. For that we have acquired the land around 27000 Sq. Ft. nearby to our existing manufacturing facility & acquired new Complete Stamping Stations & advanced measuring instruments.

Product Profile
Ever since we have established, we have developed a vast variety of terminals in chain/manual which are import substitute. Our range includes brass snap female terminal plain, brass female terminals, bullet male and female terminals, brass snap folded male terminals, brass snap side flag female terminals in-line, brass button terminals, double bullet female terminals,brass snap on ring terminals, brass mid joint terminals, brass fuse terminals and some special terminals. Our products are superior in quality and are a known for their durability, strength and have good resistance against defects and damages.
We use qualitative raw materials which are procured from Gupta Metal Sheets Pvt. Ltd., Agrawal Metal Works Pvt. Ltd. - Rewari. These companies are well known name dealing in Brass Sheets & Stripes.

We have a spacious factory unit which spreads to an area of 9600 sq.ft wherein we have all the resources which help in qualitative production. Our company has incorporated new machineries and project for effective R&D activities. Extensive research work is executed in order to develop new technology and methods for qualitative production. We have a well maintained research division wherein all the work is followed. Effective research work is done by our research associates for better development of lugs, sockets and cable terminals. Quality Assurance
In order to deliver precision results, our products are manufactured and controlled with Testers & Harnesh Testers. Quality holds utmost importance in our processes which is why we are strongly focused in pursuing effective testing of our products. At our unit, we have a separate quality assessment division wherein we have advanced tools, equipment and machinery. Each of our terminals, cable and others undergo stringent tests and checks. Each test is conducted under the close vigilance of our quality controllers and supervisors. Once our products are confirmed, only then these forwarded for final delivery. |
