Established in the year 2004, we - Mohite Electricals are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Manufacturer of PCB machines and electrical works, filter pumps, chemical pumps, screen exposers, scrubbing machine, photo printing machine and single and double PCB. At the industrial hub of the country in Pune, we have separate units for PCB manufacturing which can deliver the PCBs at the lead time of 8 days and thirty days for other machines. Our units are well integrated with state-of-the-art-machinery and advanced technologies. Other machines, we even have equipment related to testing and checking. All the activities from production, design to packaging and transport, everything is strictly watched out by a team of experts. All the functions are directed by Mr. Mohite G. P who is the owner of our firm. With thought provoking directions of senior personnel to a supportive team, we tend to remain in strong position to meet with all the client's demands.

We are a trusted name in manufacturing . Our range includes single and double sided PCB, scrubbing machines, dry film laminators, conveyor and batch type etching machines, photo printing machines, chamber ovens, plating tanks, rectifiers and roller tinning machines. Quality Assurance
We base our work on the quality aspect of our products. Our entire range of products is in the process of ISO certification. For all our products, manual checks are been carried out. The checks are done under the close monitoring of our quality control analysts. Tests like electrical tests, ionic contamination tests, peel strength tests and others are conducted at our end. Checks like ph level checks and many others checks are done pertaining to various parameters such as:
  • Design
  • Operation
  • Time period of operation

At our quality divisions, we are equipped with various advanced testing equipment such as micron meter and many others. Once the test are conducted, and we receive an approval from our quality analysts, we forward it for final delivery.


Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit spreads to an area of 6000 sq ft wherein we are equipped with all the facilities which are required for qualitative production. The unit is well segregated into diverse departments such as production, design, quality, packaging and many more. The processes here take place in a systematic format using advanced machines and technologies. For PCB machine manufacturing, we have:

  • Developing machine and many more

Other than the above, for other manufacturing we use conventional machine tools. The unit has well managed in house design unit wherein we have computer facilities pertaining to CAD and CAM. Apart from computer facilities, machines and testing equipment, we have safe packaging facilities for our products. The unit is well accessed to infrastructure like transport, communication and others.
