Our years of experience in the industry has enabled us to successfully develop and supply components employing various polymers with sizes ranging from a few gms to as much as a couple of kgs. Broadly, our current product range comprises of:components for various automotive suspension applications like Shock absorber bushings, Shox dust covers, O Rings and Dust seals,Compression Bumpers, Bump Stops, Rubber Spring Seats and Bellows etc. All these components are supplied to OEM components manufacturers like shock absorbers for onward fitment on to the vehicles. In the automotive categories the major applications currently covered by us are for Maruti 800,Omni , Alto, Zen, Esteem, Mahindra & Mahindra , Tata Indica , Hyundai Accent and Honda City.
In addition, we are supplying on a regular basis components for some off road applications as per the customers specifications and drawings. |

Quality Assurance |

We have an in-house physical and chemical testing laboratory to check and test each batch of the components.
A well qualified QC staff ensures:
- Stage-wise quality control during the production process
- Apart from the physical and dimensional checks, the finished products undergo various tests to ensure that the products meet the designed characteristics, viz. mechanical strength, endurance and fatique testing, dimensional stability under various conditions of time, temperature and stress including resistance to atmosphere, oils, chemicals, etc.as per the specifications laid down by the customers.
