Molsieve specializes in providing drying solutions and has engineered its dryers which achieve on continuous basis atmospheric dew points to as low as (-) 95 deg C which corresponds to 0.04 PPM of moisture. All types of Dryers are offered with respect to removal of moisture either from Compressed air, or any Gas such as Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide, and Carbon Monoxide. Our Gas Drying Systems included following features.

Low Pressure Air Dryers
Molsieve offers Low Pressure Air Dryers especially for Polyester Industries wherein huge quantities of air from a roots blower at a very low pressure is required to be dried to very low dew points. Such systems employ a series of equipment so as to provide a dying solution which is cost effective as well as efficient.

  • High Moisture content due to low pressure.
  • High Flow Rates up to 2000 Nm3/hr.
  • Moisture guaranteed to Atm Dew Point of (-) 80 deg C.
  • Inlet Pressure from 100 mm WC to 10,000 mm WC.
  • Generally used is a combination of, - Cyclonic Moisture Separator - Refrigerated Dryer - Externally Heated type Dryer Product Attributes Flow Rate 100 - 2500 Nm3/hr Pressure 100 - 10000 mm WC At. Dew Point Up to (-) 80 Deg C
