Hydrogen Purifiers

Molsieve offers state-of-art Hydrogen Purification Systems, wherein commercial grade bottled hydrogen is purified to Ultra High Purity Grade, with minimal capital and running investments. These Hydrogen Purifiers are best utilized wherein the hydrogen bottled gas in high purity form are either not easily available or is very costly. The impurities generally purified are oxygen and moisture.

PSA & VSA Oxygen Plants

PSA & VSA Oxygen Plants: Molsieve Oxygen System PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) and VSA (Vacuum Swing Adsorption) Series an onsite source of low-cost oxygen for lower purity applications. Our Oxygen Plants / Oxygen generators allow you to have your own independent oxygen supply, ideal for remote locations. Not only do they remove the management costs associated with traditional oxygen supplies, but also provide a predictable and economic long-term oxygen cost.

Molsieve Oxygen Generators use a patented high-efficiency molecular sieve to selectively recover oxygen from air. PSA Nitrogen Plants are equipment to produce continuous stream of nitrogen of required purity from atmospheric air at ambient temperatures. Such plants produce nitrogen by passing compressed air over a bed of Carbon Molecular Sieves. The nitrogen plants are manufactured in technical association and sub-license from Rutgers Carbotech Engineering GmbH, Germany. The Carbon Molecular Sieves are directly procured from them.

Hydrogen Plants

Molsieve further offers Hydrogen Plants based on Ammonia Dissociation. These equipment produce mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen and is widely used as pure hydrogen, either in mixture form or hydrogen after further purification. Our such hydrogen systems based on Ammonia Dissociation have been supplied duly approved by Engineers India Limited. Features » Equipment to produce on-site mixture of 75% Hydrogen and 25% Nitrogen by Ammonia Dissocition.
  • Options available are Electrically or LPG/CNG based Furnaces. Nitrogen being inert, the mixture is widely used as hydrogen gas. The dissociated ammonia is further purified with respect to uncracked ammonia and moisture by desiccant dryer.
  • Atmospheric Dew Point of Dissociated Ammonia as low as (-) 95 Deg C.
  • Uncracked ammonia in final product guaranteed to be zero PPM. High cost effectiveness achieved with respect to traditional modes of hydrogen production. Product Attributes Flow Rate 1 to 500 Nm3/hr Purity H2 75%;N2 25% Pressure 0.5 to 15 Kg/cm2g At. Dew Point Up to (-) 95 Deg C

We have state-of-the-art workshop to manufacture all types and class of Pressure Vessels to store gases at ambient temperature. We have arrangements for authorized and approved agencies from Chief Controller of Explosives to conduct under stage-wise inspection of our manufacturing process. We further provide assistance and consultancy for installations of LPG, Ammonia, CNG, Propane, and other gases; as per authorized guidelines.
