Model MH-1 is a heavy duty general purpose compression load cell particularly well suited for hopper and tank weighing and many other large scale industrial applications, including weigh bridges for truck weighing.

The simple, compact column design and rugged hermetically sealed construction of the model MH1 load cell assures its long term life in all types of field installations.

The model MH1 load cell is often used in multi-cell installations, therefore its standard output tolerance is within 0.1%. The two additional sense wires feed back the voltage reaching the

load cell. Complete compensation of changes in lead resistance due to temperature change and/or cable extension, is achieved by feeding this voltage into the appropriate electronics.

Model FDM11 is specifically designed to be used where fast acquisition of a stable load signal is required. The model FDM11’s unique fluid damping system allows the load cell to be used in applications that previously required the use of LVDT’s or similar types of measuring devices.

The model FDM11 brings load cell adaptability into check weighing and grading applications. Sealed to IP66 level and available in coated steel or stainless steel, the model FDM11 is suitable for most wash-down applications.

Pedal force transducers are used for measurement of force exerted on the brake / clutch / acceleration pedal.

The MONAD Pedal Force Sensor measures the force exerted on the brake/clutch/acceleration pedal.

The Pedal force transducer mounts quickly and easily . The sensors can be used with brake/clutch/acceleration test or directly during normal driving. Pedal force transducer are independent of the angle of the activation force.

The Monad MRF-05 high capacity load cell is designed for installing in to the top of the rolling mill above the top chock. A high-duty thrust bearing (cap) with a convex upper surface is seated on top of the load cell billet, The cap engages with the mill screw to transfer force to the load cell billet, whilst ensuring true axial alignment and minimizing torsion forces. The cap incorporates lubrication grooves that are connected to the mill lubrication system. For most applications, modifications to existing mills are confined to machining the appropriate slot in the concave hemispherical radius in to the screw to match the convex surface of the bearing cap.
