MONAD Weight/Rate-By-Weight Controllers are high performance indicators with features and options focused on the requirements of process weighing applications with local set point control.

They operate with all strain gage type load cells and interface easily with any PLC, PC based supervisory control system. Engineering emphasis has been placed on simplicity, reliability, and expandability.

Standard rate-by-weight operation and output provides precision mass flow control.

12 relay outputs are available for local set point control, based upon set point values entered through the keypad, or downloaded serially from a host device. All relay configuration and logic parameters are selectable through the front panel keypad.

Communication of weight, set point values, system status, and diagnostic information is accomplished using standard protocols , and quick calibration and setup procedures save time, money, and even field service calls. On-line diagnostics continuously monitor system performance and alert service personnel to potential problems before they happen.

Frame: The mild steel ILS frame is an integrated assembly incorporating two

supporting conveyor legs, with two analog load cells, a junction box and cabling.

Installation: Bolt-on READY frames replace existing convey or legs.

Junction boxes include pre-wired input and output cables for fast setup.

Typically, two frames are required per conveyor. For static applications that

require the use of two conveyor sections to create a longer weighing platform,

a third frames is installed where the sections are joined together.

Capacities: 300 Kg per frame. Total scale capacity is double the

indiviudal frame rating. When selecting a capacity, the weight of the conveyor

section must be factored in.

Rollers: Placed on 3” centers for even load support and “set high” for unobstructed conveyance.

Safe Load Indicators are widely used for multi-purpose applications including mobile cranes, container handlers, hydraulic and lattice. Incorporated with pressure or load cell force sensing options, these indicators are available with continuous display of:

These are also offering an option of reeving selection up to 50 parts of line, up to 5 parts on fly jib. Apart from these, there is also a power supply of inputs that ranges from 9 to 15VDC with crane voltage out of range warnings. These indicators are reliable and easy to use.

Our entire system consists of a compact display unit and a remote mother board, which provides the power for the system. Here, the indicator constantly displays the following information:
