We provide acrylic polymer based permanent waterproof coatings namely acry sealer to seal and arrest water leakages, seepages from terrace, toilet, bathroom, underground tank for remedial maintenance and for preventive maintenance. The coating becomes integral part of concrete molecular surfaces. The coating has high penetrating properties and seal concrete micro-pores and masonry surface unlike the conventional coal tar felt membrane system which `lifts’ off sooner the glue gives away. In addition to this, this coating is non-toxic and excellent resistance to corrosion due to sulphate, chlorides and mineral oils. Offers excellent UV resistance without cracking.

Flexi Coat offers greater degree of elongation or flexiblity when exposed to stresses of impact or thermal change. It forms continuous flim retaining property and has excellent weather resistance from dust and corrosion causing due to sulphate, chlorides, mineral oils etc. In addition these coats offer excellent UV resistance without cracking and aging, thereby offering a sheen surface.

Our heat reflective coatings namely kool roof reflects 85% of suns heat away before it gets into the ceiling or wall cavity. Once applied it stops building heating up, insulating the exterior roof and walls and the coating won’t allow that surface to heat up. The coating save over 40% cooling energy used by the building and significantly reduce the cost of running air conditioning system.
