Alumina Putty HT Alumina Putty is non-toxic and solvent free, which is used at high temperature repair work till 800°C. This seals the damaged metal in operating environments. Ceramic Putty Ceramic Putty is available in paste form for wear resistance and is diamond hard putty used extensively for repair and reclamation of components subjected to wear caused due to erosion, cavitation and abrasion. These are mixed and applied initially in thin layers to avoid air entrapment and filling worn areas. These are used widely in pump, fan, duct, condenser, stirrer, agitator, turbine runner blade, heat exchanger tube sheet. Flex Putty Flex Putty / Flex Liquid is a polyurethane based product used for repairing rubber parts and equipment. These are used for repairing conveyor belt damages and in slurry pumps, insulation cables, butterfly valve, cyclone, rubber lined tank and rubber rollers. These offer outstanding resistance against wear caused due to impact and coarse particle abrasion. Metal Putty Our wide range of metal putties and sticks also covers bronze/ copper/ aluminium putties & sticks/ stainless steel putty are used for repairing diverse parts, casting defects and machinery equipment of respective metal parts. Steel Putty Steel Putty/Stick which are non-shrinking steel filled putty for repair and reclamation of jobs where longer working time is required. This is used extensively in machine bed, tank, flange face, leveling, compressor, hydraulic ram, casing and pipe. Titanium Putty Titanium Putty/Stick is used to reclaim worn out machinery and process equipments. This is multi purpose putty/stick which is specially formulated to offer high compressive strength and resistance from chemicals. These are recommended for the most critical repair and reclamation work such as bearing seat & housing, shaft, pump, pipe elbow, oil cooler, heat exchanger, offline leakages, motor end covers, compressors and keyway. |
