Montage Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company and is owned by a privately held group. The company is controlled by a board of directors consisting of Mr. A.K. Chaturvedi – Director and other directors whose names are given elsewhere in this document. Mr. A.K. Chaturvedi and Mrs. Megha Chaturvedi control the day to day operations of the company. Mr. A.K. Chaturvedi is a technocrat turned business man having around 30 years of experience in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and bulk drug industry.
