Electrical Insulation Tapes

Electrical Insulating Tapes are used primarily on small to large coils and capacitors to provide mechanical holding power during the manufacturing process (typically varnish impregnation) or to provide insulation between layers of wire in similar wrapped coils. Various levels of thickness, tensile strength, and elongation coupled with dielectric strength and temperature class are distinguishing attributes for this category

Bidirectional Tapes

Our bidirectional tapes are immensely strong which come reinforced with cross woven glass fiber filaments on pet backing.

Glass Cloth Tapes ( F Class And H Class)

Glass cloth tapes are used for high temperature and electrical insulation applications and provide a heat stable seal. These tapes have a thermosetting adhesive for applications up to and 180°C

Due to properties of glass such as heat resistance and an inability to ignite, glass has been used to create fire barriers in hazardous environments such as inside of race-cars and electrical insulation tapes.

We offer glass cloth tapes of the “F” and “H” classes that are used for high temperature and electrical insulation applications and provide a heat stable seal. These tapes have a thermosetting adhesive for applications up to 180°C.

Unidirectional Tapes
