The capacity of In-situ machining faces from 8" up to 65 but can go up to 3 meters on special request.
 
 
 Our Scope for repairing of Valve on Site includes the following:
 

• Gear Box to be opened
• Valve Bracket to be opened
• Bonnet to be opened
• Spindle along with seat to be taken out
• Body seat to be checked
• Body seat / Spindle seat repairing to be done by stelliting, lapping and blue match Gland Collar to be fitted with new Gland and old gland packing to be removed
• Valves to be made free for closing /opening
• Anti seize compound / Molycot to be applied to spindle
• After Dismantling, cleaning, inspection, testing and assembling of valve
• Machining and repairing of valve body seat (both side faces)
• Machining and repairing of Wedge / plug seat (both side faces)
• Lapping with portable Lapping machine of Wedge / plug seat
• Replacement of spares, Gland Collar, Molycot
• Testing of Valve as per API standards
