Water Treatment Plants

We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of a wide range of water purification and treatment plants. These purification systems are extensively used for the purpose of eliminating / reducing various physical, chemical, biological contaminants and other hazardous impurities that are present in water.

Our products are designed to cater to the diverse requirements of residential and commercial segments. We design point-of-use systems for residential usage and large centralized treatment plants for industrial and other commercial applications.

Easy installation procedures, user friendly features, optimum performance, relatively low maintenance cost, high durability are some of the key features of these units.

Depending on the water characteristics and specific site requirements, the size of these plants can be determined.

Micron Catridge Filters

Micron Catridge Filters

Micron cartridge filters are used to remove micronic (measure equal to 0.000039 inches) dust particles, colloids and other physical contaminants from the water. Micron cartridge filters come with a housing and filter elements. Micron filters are available in various micron ratings like 0.1 / 1 /2 / 5/10 up to 40 microns. Polypropylene filter yarn is carefully wound onto the core in a specific pattern and density to meet the micron particle size requirements.

Micron cartridges consist of extremely fine micro fibres spun into a multi-layer inert filter medium with optimized pores and graded density media enabling excellent particle retention and high dirt holding capacity. Suitable material of construction ensures wide chemical compatibility and very low media migration.

Nano Filtration (Nf) Plants

Nano Filtration (Nf) Plants

Nano filtration technology is the next step in the spectrum of membrane based treatment systems after ultrafiltration and before Reverse Osmosis. NF is also a pressure-driven separation process wherein the filtration process takes place on a selective separation layer formed by a semi-permeable membrane. The driving force of the separation process is the pressure difference between the feed (retentate) and the filtrate (Permeate) side at the separation layer of the membrane. However, because of its selectivity, one or several components of a dissolved mixture are retained by the membrane while water and substances with a molecular weight <200 D are able to permeate the semi permeable separation layer. NF plants are used for a wide range of treatment applications such as hardness reduction, juice extraction, dairy processes, dye removal, removal of divalent / polyvalent cations and high molecular ions. NF is also widely used in the tertiary treatment of ETPs apart from other industrial and commercial applications. NF operates at low and medium pressure. The feed pressure to nano membranes are lower compared to Reverse Osmosis systems.

Ozonators

Ozonators

Ozone is active oxygen where each ozone molecule contains three oxygen atoms (tri-atomic) whereas normal oxygen contains only two oxygen molecules. Ozone is a very reactive and unstable gas with a very short life and reverts to oxygen form rapidly. Ozone is a naturally available disinfectant and is a powerful oxidation agent. Ozone is naturally created due to the combination of oxygen in air and the ultraviolet rays of the sun. Ozone is used as an alternative water purification technology to UV radiation and chemically-induced (chlorine and bromine) processes. Ozone is often referred as an environment-friendly or the green chemical of the future. Ozone can be produced through electro-mechanical equipments known as ozone generators.

Ozone is naturally present in the atmosphere as a layer which protects the earth from deadly UV radiations emanating from the sun rays. It is produced as a result of the reaction of UV rays of the sun with the earth's upper atmosphere (stratosphere). In stratosphere, small amounts of ozone are constantly being made by the action of sun's UV light on oxygen molecules. Oxygen molecules absorb the UV radiation and split to form single oxygen atoms. These atoms combine with the remaining oxygen (O2) molecules to form Ozone (O3). On the ground level, ozone is formed as a result of lightning strikes during thunderstorms. The life cycle of ozone is i. Generation ii. Oxidation and iii. Revert to oxygen.
