Manufactured from latest German technique, the sprayers of our bitumen pressure distributors are designed for the uniform spraying of hot bitumen or emulsions. Unvarying, unbroken and prescribed quantity of hot bitumen or emulsion on desired area can be spread by our equipment.

The units can be sourced in two ways viz as a module that can be suitably mounted on the customers truck chassis and as a comprehensive set i.e. teamed with standard truck chassis. Our manufactured plants are safe, easy to install and operate.

In order to heat the bitumen, the unit has a reliable heating system with a high capacity burner. Customers can avail the unit as per their requirements as, we facilitate various fuel options as well as Swedish burner options.

Unit's storage tank is built as per industrial codes for storing, handling and transportation of hot bitumen. We facilitate availability of various types of cladding to our customers such as cladding is possible in galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel sheets. Fully insulated tank is cladded with industrial guage steel sheets. In order to avoid clogging and for cleaning purpose, a unique pressure cleaning system is imbibed in the unit. Unit's foldable spray bar is available with a basic width of 2.4 mtrs and is extends up to 4.2 mtrs or optionally up to 4.5 mtrs. With fully circulating spray bar, bitumen can be spread at pressures ranging from 0- 6 kg/sq m. Equipment's bar has a nozzle at a standard pitch of 225 mm, it is pneumatically operated and is easy to adjust. Moreover, special delivery systems are supplied for applications of high volume such as in chips spreading.

Our kerb laying equipment KP 1200 SF is a slip form type and is designed to lay continuous kerbs of 600 x 800 mm width. Our unit is apt for a large number of concrete slumps. The unit is easy to operate and maintain and has quick change mould design.

Sensors: The unit has fully proportional automatic electronic controls. The front of the machine is controlled by our auto steering control guides for precise alignment. Moreover, the grade controller positions the respective lift cylinder for the precise grade.

Vibrators: In order to upgrade the equipment performance and make it adaptable to different slump levels in the concrete mix, our unit is empowered with industry standard fully variable vibrators.

Quick change mould design: Our equipment is available with quick change mould mechanism. Easy to modify, the moulds can changed within 30 minutes.

Engine: Our KP 1200 SF series has 58 HP four cylinders, four stroke water cooled diesel engine and is aptly matched for the kerbing application.

Engine: Water cooled Simpson engines of 48.5 Kw (65HP) are supplied by the unit. Customers can also select equivalent engines from us as per their choice.

Screed: Our unit is supplied with a basic screed of 2.5 meters which can be extended up to 4 meters with mechanical bolt on extensions on either side.

Hydraulic controls: The hopper operations, screed lifting and vibrating arrangement of machine are hydraulically controlled in the unit.
